Adam established Eco Tech Electrical in April 2018 with business partner David Rojas. With over 16 years of experience as an electrician and solar installer in the Northern Territory, Adam’s passion lies in renewable energy. He has worked with Country Solar and BJ White Electrics and has been involved in prominent electrical and solar contracts. Outside of business, Adam enjoys an active lifestyle, keeping fit and competing in triathlons.

David has over 10 years of experience as a solar installer in the Northern Territory. Starting his apprenticeship under Adam’s guidance in 2019, he obtained Capstone accreditation in 2023, followed by Clean Energy Council accreditation. Like Adam, David is passionate about renewable energy and has worked with Country Solar and SEM Solar on prominent contracts across the Top End. When he’s not working, David enjoys rock climbing and an active outdoors lifestyle.

Greg is an experienced electrical engineer with over 15 years in project management, electrical and control systems design, and commissioning. His expertise spans across industries including renewables, water, mining, and oil & gas. Greg holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has managed teams, system implementations, compliance, and financial oversight.

Duncan joined Eco Tech Electrical in 2023 and brings experience in both residential and commercial solar projects. His previous work includes solar farm projects for Power and Water Corporation, as well as electrical repairs and maintenance with Rimfire and DICE. Duncan also worked on the Inpex Gas Plant during construction.

Anthony is an overseas qualified builder with over 10 years of experience, including 2+ years of solar PV installation. His qualifications are not yet recognised in Australia, so he is employed as a Trades Assistant, providing invaluable roofing and construction knowledge and experience.

Ranty is a 4th-year Indigenous apprentice who started working with Eco Tech Electrical. Ranty commenced her apprenticeship with Nilsons and moved to Eco Tech Electrical to gain solar and electrical experience across residential, commercial, and remote projects.
Ranty is due to complete her apprenticeship in 2024 and obtain her Capstone.

Toby joined Eco Tech Electrical in August 2023 as a 1st-year Electrical apprentice. Before joining Eco Tech, Toby worked for Morningside Electrical in Nhulunbuy as a 1st-year Electrical Apprentice.
Toby was born in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, and grew up in the Northern Territory. After exploring Australia in his late teens, he returned to begin his electrical career in the Top End.
